 College open at 10:00 A.M.
Mayflower will do opening and first section. What Cheer will do third section and closing. Both governors will receive dignitaries. Lunch with the ladies at or near Noon. There will be a ladies program while we are having our meeting.
What Cheer will have a Chancellor for the opening and first section also.
